Why do I need diagnostics if I already have a check engine code?
A trouble code identifies a problem detected by your vehicle's computer, but it doesn't always identify the part that needs replacing. The same code can have several possible causes, so additional testing helps us determine what actually went wrong. We use that information to recommend a repair that addresses the cause.
My steering wheel shakes when I brake. Do I need an alignment?

Why does my car battery keep dying, even after I replace it?

My A/C was recharged, but it's blowing warm air again. What's wrong?
Refrigerant may be escaping through a leak, although compressor, electrical, or airflow problems can also affect cooling. Adding more refrigerant without addressing the cause may only provide temporary improvement. We inspect and diagnose the system to determine whether it needs a leak repair, component repair, or another service.
Does a slipping transmission mean I need a replacement?
A slipping transmission needs attention, but replacement isn't always the answer. Fluid loss, control-system problems, and internal wear can produce similar symptoms.
